Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Smoking Chunks

You love Bourbon.  You love cookin’ on the grill.  You inhale the smell of the slow cooked coming from your smoker, and just know it’s gonna be a good day! Why not combine your love of Kentucky Bourbon with your love of smoking your favorite delicacies?

We’ve taken select staves from Authentic, Kentucky bourbon barrels, still dripping with the sweet aroma of bourbon and chipped them to the perfect size for smoking.  Once you open, the bag, the smell of bourbon that aged in Kentucky White Oak will “make your tongue slap your brain.”

For best results: Soak selected amount of chunks for 25-30 minutes before adding to your smoker.  Follow all instructions for your model of smoker.  Enjoy your meal with a measure of fine KY Bourbon.
