PLACE AN ORDER
You can place your order directly through this website. Simply add items to your cart, select your pickup/shipping option, and then checkout using Paypal. Paypal is secure and you do not need a Paypal account to complete the transaction.
You will receive an email from us within a few minutes detailing you order. You can view the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account. Once your order is complete and has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking details.
You can pickup your order for free from our store location at 3024 Blake James Drive, Lexington KY 40509.
If you would like your items shipped directly to your door, simply select the appropriate shipping option at checkout. Barrel heads are wrapped, boxed, and shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground, and typically ship in 1-2 business days. Full-size barrels are specially boxed and shipped via freight carrier, and typically ship in 3-4 business days. Both items are shipped to your door. Delivery drivers will not place the items in your home.
Upon receipt of your purchase please inspect the package before unpacking. If the packaging material has been ripped and the rug seems dirty or damaged, email email@example.com or call 859-254-4412 before opening the package. After pre-inspecting carefully unwrap the packaging material and INSPECT all sides of the items for damage. If you see any damage, please keep all packaging materials. It is very difficult and very unlikely to receive an insurance claim from UPS or FedEx if you do not keep the packaging material.
Items that are received damaged can be returned for a refund or an exchange. All of our products exhibit aged wood characteristics. Returns will not be processed for issues resulting from these characteristics (ie, you don’t like the crack in a stave.) Please contact us at 859-254-4412 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return due to damage.
Once your order has been placed visa our website, we will immediately begin processing your order. Once your item has been packaged for shipping, the order is not cancelable.
We offer a few pre-made designs that can be customized to commemorate occasions such as wedding or anniversaries. Other custom designs will be reviewed on a case by case basis according to quantity and type of design. Please email your requested design to email@example.com for more information. We will contact you for any custom design to discuss details and will email you a sample proof before production. Variances in proof and actual production are normal and are due to the nature of this product. Once a custom design has gone into production, it cannot be returned or cancelled.
